Terms & conditions
A deposit of 20% is required within 7 days to hold your booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to booking commencement. Payment can be accepted either by personal cheque or direct deposit.
Cancellation: If cancellation occurs 40 to 60 days from arrival it will incur a charge of 10% of the total price , however cancellation within 40 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total price.

Travel to Niseko - How to get there
Niseko is a 2 hour bus transfer from Chitose International airport. The airport is located on the outskirts of Hokkaido’s main city, Sapporo. Sapporo is a 10 hour flight from Australia. Qantas do direct flights Tuesday & Saturday throughout the ski season , JAL & Korean Air do daily flights which stop overnight at Tokyo, Osaka & Seoul.
