Terms and conditions

●The above rates are gross in yen, they include a hot & cold breakfast.

●A deposit of 20% is required within 7 days to hold your booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to booking commencement. Payment can be accepted either by personal cheque or direct deposit.

●Cancellation: If cancellation occurs 40 to 60 days from arrival it will incur a charge of 10% of the total price , however cancellation within 40 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total price.
